Interim Worship Pastor

Pastor Kenny Hilliard

Pastor Kenny Hilliard is currently serving as the Interim Worship Pastor at Sovereign Grace Church. Kenny and Claire are the proud parents of three amazing children. Kenny has earned a Th.M. (Ph.D.: ABD) in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Old Testament from the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Pastor Kenny's research topic was "Ezekiel in the Garden of God: A Study of Ezekiel's Use of the Garden of Eden."

Additionally, Kenny earned a Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages (SEBTS) and a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies (North Greenville University). Kenny has taught at Himalayan Centre for Biblical & Missional Studies; Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Grand Canyon University. Additionally, Pastor Kenny has served as a Biblical Content Writer/Editor with Wycliffe Bible Translators. 

Pastor Kenny has publications in the Journal of The Evangelical Theological Society, Lexham Bible Dictionary, as well as numerous other scholarly papers and articles.

    Deacon of Member Care

    Scott is a life-long resident of the White House area. He is married to Terry and the father of two teenage sons. Scott is a veteran who served in the U.S. Marine Corps and remains active in the local VFW. His willingness to serve wherever needed is a testimony to what it means to be a follower of Christ.

  • Daniel Hill

    Deacon of Children's Ministries

    Daniel is a native of Tennessee and has lived in the White House area for about 12 years. He is married to Jessica and has two children, Eli and Lily Beth. He is a graduate of Tennessee Tech (B.S. in Mechanical Engineering) and currently works as a Product Design Engineer at Electrolux in Springfield, Tennessee.
